Return Policy
Hay can be exchanged/returned up to one week from Purchase/Delivery, no exceptions.
Returns:
- You drop off hay to our place = Full return - restocking 10% fee
- We pick it up during our deliveries = $3/Bale + 10% restocking fee. (minimum $30 charge)
Exchange:
- Exchange your hay for something different at our place = no charge if same price per bale.
If your horses or animals do not enjoy the hay, it is not returnable or exchangeable; nevertheless if there is something wrong with our hay, please send us photos as proof of mold or damage. It can happen unfortunately.
